The Cheshire Cheese Inn, Edale Road, Hope
Good food, good beer and great accommodation
The Cheshire Cheese Inn is a 16th Century dining pub with rooms situated in the glorious Derbyshire Peak District. We offer real ale, home cooked food, open fires, cosy accommodation and world class walks from the door.
Situated on Edale Road at the foot of Losehill on the edge of the village of Hope, we are a very popular choice for walking breaks due to the sheer choice and standard of walks in the vicinity. We can happily advise on walks from the door and from nearby starting points. The Cheshire Cheese Inn is also near many wonderful Peak District attractions including: Chatsworth House, Longshaw Estate, Mam Tor, Kinder Scout, the caverns at Castleton, Derwent Reservoirs and loads more fantastic attractions.
There is a railway station in Hope making us easily accessible by train from Sheffield and Manchester.
We look forward to seeing you!
